No returns or refunds are available for Bonafide products. We will only provide replacement product at no additional cost if your shipment contains defective product. However, we will not provide replacement product for any product procured from an unauthorized seller of Bonafide products.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email or call our customer support center at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-833-266-2343 within ten (10) business days of receiving your shipment to report the alleged defect. Upon review of the report, we will ship out a replacement, if available.
