We are processing orders with no delays. However, due to COVID-19, there may be delays once your shipment is in the hands of our carriers. Our orders are usually received within 2-7 business days, and the majority of orders shipped will continue to fall within the same expected delivery window you have come to expect from Bonafide. Please note these are estimates and delivery dates can fluctuate.
We realize that sometimes relief from these symptoms just can’t wait. To ensure you get the products you need in time, we recommend these options for our current customers who already have an active subscription:
- Move up your next shipment date, so it ships out sooner.
- Log in to your account at hellobonafide.com.
- Under Active Subscriptions, find the subscription whose next shipment date you would like to move up, and click Edit on the right side.
- To the right of Next Charge Date, click Edit
- Adjust your next charge date to your preferred date. Note, the earliest you can move this up is to tomorrow’s date.
- Click Save.
- Wait for the green Success notification to confirm your change.
- Please note, moving up your shipment date will also move up your next charge date.
