We are processing orders with no delays. However, due to increased shipping volume this holiday season all carriers are experiencing slight delays. There may be delays once your shipment is in the hands of our carriers. For standard shipments, tracking information can take 2-3 days to update and the shipment will take approximately 4-8 business days to arrive.
We realize that sometimes relief from these symptoms just can’t wait. To ensure you get the products you need in time, we recommend these options for our current customers who already have an active subscription:
- Move up your next shipment date, so it ships out sooner.
- Log in to your account at hellobonafide.com.
- Under Active Subscriptions, find the subscription whose next shipment date you would like to move up, and click Edit on the right side.
- To the right of Next Charge Date, click Edit
- Adjust your next charge date to your preferred date. Note, the earliest you can move this up is to tomorrow’s date.
- Click Save.
- Wait for the green Success notification to confirm your change.
- Please note, moving up your shipment date will also move up your next charge date.
